Outer banks nc Chapter
The Outer Banks NC Chapter operates in the Outer Banks of North Carolina to provide drowning prevention educational materials and scholarships for self rescue type swim lessons.
Our Committee Members are made up of leaders in the Brevard County community who have a passion for keeping children safe.
